Serge Guillon

As Secretary-General for European Affairs and Advisor to the Prime Minister, Guillon was responsible for coordinating France’s EU migration policy during the transition from Mare Nostrum to Triton. He managed inter-ministerial positions, arbitrated disagreements, and transmitted France’s instructions to EU institutions.
