The agreement signed between the suspect and Operation Sophia, provided data which could be accessed by "any asset participating to the operation", foreseeing the possibility to share the data with the LYCG. Signed with Berndt Körner (on behalf of Leggeri) a Service Level Agreement in which EMSA agreed to the provision of surveillance tools and services in support of Frontex activities, including for the implementation of the EUROSUR framework.
