Ankie Broekers-Knol

The Ministry of Justice and Security was in charge of migration policies in the Netherlands during the relevant time frame. Since July 2019, Broekers-knol was the Minister in charge of the Immigration and Asylum in his capacity as State Secretary. (See Netherlands Report, Ministry of Justice and Security). Broekers-Knol's portfolio included immigration and asylum, therefore, Broekers-Knol assumed the main responsibility for the establishment, coordination and setting up of the immigration policy of the Netherlands (See Netherlands Report, Ministry of Justice and Security), such as Training of the Libyan Coastguard.
